In the field of the taking in charge and collection of the child's evidence, many professionals of different competences participate, which frequently provoques some incoherences and unadapted answers.
The professionals have the need and request of a specific training that will prepare them to respond to the needs of children, victims of sexual violence.
The professionals wish to participate on a training having on one side, a common basis and on the other side, a specific training according to their competences and their fonction.
This training should be the occassion for all professionals to get to know each other, to recognize themselves in their roles and their competences, as well as, by a pooling of complementarities, to better answer to the needs of the child victims.
This type of training with a commun basis and specificities should allow professionals to reinforce the multidisciplinary work, to better share the information and to better understand the needs of the child victim.
