PROCEDURE

APPROCH AND METHODS

ENVISAGED ACTIVITIES AND USED METHODS

  • Realization of a situation analysis of each country : identification of the best adapted pedagogy, identification of the key points of a training...
  • Compilation of all european and international referred texts by the coordinator of the project (Child's Voice).
  • Realization of grids for the collection of data in order to confront the information collected starting from medical, sociological, legal, psychological criteria in order to lead to a synthesis.
  • Establishment of a common procedure for a specific training.
  • Realization of protocols of European cooperation.
  • Diffussion of the project's results.

 

ORGANIZATION AND EXECUTION OF THE PROCEDURE

  • Transnational coordination by the Child's Voice.

CALENDAR AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ACTION

  • Beginning of the programme on January 2008 and a first transnational meeting between the partners will take place in Paris.
  • Creation of a National Steering Committee in each country to establish the situation analysis concerning the training of professionals working on the taking in charge and collection of the evidence of children, victims of sexual violence. Each Committee will be formed by professionals.
  • September 2008 : second transnational meeting between the partners in Brussels to discuss about a common, professional training.
  • Organisation of several meetings of the National Steering Committee.
  • March 2009 : third transnational meeting in Warsaw, establishment of a training and specialization programme, proposition for cooperation agreement at a European level between all engaged professionals.
  • Preparation of the final report and of a CD Rom containing all the collected data.
  • November 2009 : Final Conference opened to the general public and public authorities for the diffusion of the program resutls and the final report. This Conference will take place in Paris.
